How do I open an account?
During the checkout process you will be asked to create a TruckChrome account, from which you can view your order history. With your TruckChrome account you will be able to access your previous order history and make updates to your profile at any time, but this is not an open credit account with TruckChrome.

What happens to my personal information that I give to you?
The information given to TruckChrome is between us and will not be sold or given to any other company or organization. You can ask for your information to be deleted at anytime.

How do I know you received my order?
We will send you an email confirmation after your order has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation within 4 working days, please call us at 1.800.547.3667, as that usually means we did not receive your order. We are open weekdays 8am – 5pm PST.

How can I pay for my order?
Payment can be made in US dollars over the Internet by MasterCard, VISA, Discover Card, or American Express. If you would like to pay by check or money order, you may call us at 1.800.547.3667. We do not ship C.O.D. and we cannot accept purchase orders unless prepaid. Prices are subject to change without notice.

What about warranties?
All warranties from the manufacturers are passed on to you. There are no other warranties unless placed in writing to you from TruckChrome. Contact us for specific warranty information.

Typical warranties include:

  • Bumpers: Chrome and workmanship is covered for one (1) year from date of purchase excluding road hazards, improper installation and mistreatment.
  • Chrome stacks: The chrome is covered for one (1) year from date of purchase excluding road hazards, improper installation and mistreatment.
  • Wheel and Flap Chrome: Chrome is covered for 6 months. Workmanship is covered until item is installed. Most companies cover workmanship until the time of installation.

All items should be inspected upon receipt and at the time of installation. Once installed, most items cannot be returned. Specific warranties for specific products will be provided upon request.
