How do you ship my order?
TruckChrome ships to continental United States destinations only. Please call or email for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and all foreign destinations. We will provide you a freight quotation.
- For small packages: All items will be consolidated into the largest, most economical packages possible. They will be sent via UPS, Fed Ex or US Mail, or other ground package services. They will be insured to the nearest $100.00 value. Any upgrade to air service will only be by customer request and for the customer’s account. Sorry, NO C.O.D. shipments allowed.
- For large packages: Those packages too large or too heavy for small package service will be sent freight collect to the customer after the invoice has been paid. The customer may request their own carrier or we will secure the most economical and direct carrier available from the point of shipment. Sorry, NO C.O.D. shipments allowed.
- For prepaid freight: Orders valued at $200.00 or more will be prepaid by ground freight
to a destination within the Continental USA. All orders less than $200.00
will be invoiced a $15.00 freight charge.
If I am not happy or I need to return something, what can I do? Common sense will rule. We want you as a future customer and we will do everything to make your purchase or return as easy as possible within reason. We will refund any item not installed, damaged, in re-saleable condition and purchased within 30 days of the return request if it meets the following conditions:
- A return goods authorization (RGA) must be issued by us.
- A copy of the original invoice must accompany the items.
- The original packaging must be returned and reusable (if the original packaging is not reusable, then there will be a 15% charge for repackaging).
- Freight must be prepaid back to the original shipping point. Prepaid Freight is non-refundable unless we made the mistake.
